Harvest<\/td>\nPinot Noir and Garnacha were manually harvested during March of 2022. Direct pressed with whole cluster at low temperatures to extract as less color as possible.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
Fermentation<\/td>\nIn stainless steel tanks at close to 14 \u00b0 C temperature with selected and indigenous yeast depending on the lot.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n

Nose<\/td>\nWith an aromatic fruit character of tangerine and grapefruit peel with a red cherry finish note with a subtle spicy herbal character.<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n
