in Leyda Valley
Our vines grow in the Leyda Valley, at the feet of the Coastal Range, facing the soft breezes of the Pacific Ocean. The cold waters of the Humboldt Current create a freshness that maintains moderate temperatures during the summer months. These characteristics allow the grapes to ripen slowly and produce fresh wines of remarkable complexity.
In a place of exceptional qualities, our soils are composed mainly of granitic rocks, whose mineral variations and different weathering processes provide a distinctive minerality to our wines. In addition to this type of rock, our different vineyard blocks contain alluvial deposits and ancient marine terraces that contribute with soft and elegant tannins that strengthen the structure and complexity of each bottle.
Located on the gentle slopes of the Coastal Mountain Range, our winery integrates harmoniously with the natural landscape. It was designed with a focus on minimal intervention, standing out for its elegance and sustainable architecture, allowing the environment and the grapes to speak for themselves.
