Agapes

SOLERA BY GARCÉS SILVA Agapes, comes from our selection of Sauvignon Blanc barrels which, stored over time and grouped on three levels in our cellar, in front of the artwork that represents this concept inspired by a fraternal meal. Each bottling, extracts a wine with dissimilar aging, mixing it methodically in order to guarantee the unique and unrepeatable characteristics of our Solera Garcés Silva. Is a complex wine, with many aromatic layers and a completely different character for the variety. With a great structure on the palate, it shows the salinity of our vineyards that grow facing the Pacific Ocean.
