Harvest 14th of March to 01st of April 2022, grape selection in the vineyard. Hand picked. Destemmed and neumatic pressed with minimum skin contact.
Fermentation 10 to 15 days in stainless steel tank at temperatures between: 15° - 17°C. The wine was kept for 8 months over the lees.
Color: Bright pale golden color with shades of green.
Nose Shows a good intensity and complexity of fresh lime and a mineral sensation. After a few minutes in the glass shows some tropical notes like physalis fruit with a hint of very fresh pineapple and white peach. It finishes with a gentle herbal character very classic in the Leyda Valley Sauvignon Blancs.
Palate In mouth is concentrated with a balanced acidity that gives a creamy and fresh feeling with a good contrast of a salinity taste in the back palate. Ideal for pairing with fish and seafood dishes.
