Winemaking characteristics

Harvest Pinot Noir and Garnacha were manually harvested during March of 2022. Direct pressed with whole cluster at low temperatures to extract as less color as possible.
Fermentation In stainless steel tanks at close to 14 ° C temperature with selected and indigenous yeast depending on the lot.
Color: Pale orange.
Nose With an aromatic fruit character of tangerine and grapefruit peel with a red cherry finish note with a subtle spicy herbal character.
Palate In the palate is fresh, with a lot of flavor and a crisp natural acidity and great texture, it is a well-balanced wine for every occasion. This wine is a true representation of the Leyda Valley terroir.
