Boya Chardonnay

Pale straw in color, has an intense aroma of white pear, apple, tropical fruit and hints of fresh lemon.

The palate is well balanced with natural acidity and good minerality. Fresh, young and easy to drink.

Cellaring Potential: 5 years.

Pairing: Marinated fish, aged cheeses, white meats, and dried fruits.

Temperature: 12 – 14º C

Winemaking characteristics

Harvest Harvested on the 14th of March of 2019. Fruit sorting at the vineyards. Whole bunch pressed.
Fermentation 60 days in stainless steel tanks (75%) and concrete egg (25%) between temperatures of 16° to 18°C. Fermented using wild yeasts. Aged in the same containers with its lees for 10 months.
Color: Bright golden pale color.
Nose With a nice mix of fruit notes like green apple and soft pinapple that blends with a subtle match stick note. A wine with a nice varietal carácter but also with the seal of the Leyda Valley.
Palate In mouth has a fresh acidity and a mid body that makes it a very easy to drink wine.
