Winemaking characteristics
| Harvest | Pinot Noir and Garnacha were manually harvested during March of 2022. Direct pressed with whole cluster at low temperatures to extract as less color as possible. |
| Fermentation | In stainless steel tanks at close to 14 ° C temperature with selected and indigenous yeast depending on the lot. |
