Garden Blend White

In San Juan de Leyda there is a garden with an ocean view. A garden of vineyards from the Garcés Silva Family, a privileged place of granitic soils, where they say that flowers talk with the moon and the sea breeze cools the earth when its blows.
After 18 years of dedication, this is where Amayna Garden Blend is born, 1982 bottles of a blend of unique varieties in this terroir. This is our dream come true.
Bright pale golden color with shades of green. With a first approach quite austere, it then shows a nice complexity of citrus fruit with a white peach and pear notes, that are complemented with lemon flowers and a spicy fresh ginger hint. The palate has a mix of oily texture with a firm structure that are balanced to a sharp acidity and a very long finish. A wine that promises a very long evolution.
Ideal for pairing with fish or sautéed seafood dishes like Thay cuisine.
