Intense as the sea, the mineral nature and complex aromas of this chardonnay recalls toasted almonds, dried fruit, and papaya blended with fine oak.
Well-structured and elegant on the palate, with a deliciously long finish.
Aging potential: 4 years.
Serving suggestion: Ideal with sauced fishes, ripe cheeses, pastas, white meats, desserts, and nuts.
Temperature: 12 - 14 °C.

Winemaking characteristics
| Harvest | Slightly warm and early vintage. Fruit picking between 12th and 15th of March 2019, fruit selection in vineyards. Hand-picked. Whole cluster pressed. |
| Fermentation | Stainless steel and French oak foudre and barrels at natural temperatures. 12 months contact with the lees after fermentation. |
| Barrel Aging: | 40% stainless steel and 60% in French oak barrels and foudres. |
| Color: | Of a golden pale color. |
| Nose | Chardonnay Amayna 2019 shows a very complex and intense profile in the nose with aromas of fresh citrus fruit, wet stones and a ripe pineapples note very classic from the Leyda Valley. The oak is very gentle, almost imperceptible, just to support the complexity and gives an elegant finish to the wine. |
